GENERAL

To be able to evaluate and resolve your requests made by data owners under Articles 11 and 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) quickly, effectively, and comprehensively, this Application Form has been prepared by IME Elektrik Müh. Taah. San ve Tic. Ltd. Şti (“IME Elektrik” or “Company”) as the data controller.

 

APPLICATION METHOD

As data owners, you can submit your requests related to the implementation of KVKK to our Company, which is the data controller, in writing by filling out this form or by other methods determined by the Board.

For applications made by third parties on behalf of the data subject, a notarized power of attorney must be submitted with this form. For applications made on behalf of children under guardianship/custody, a copy of the documents proving the guardianship/custody relationship must be submitted along with this form.

 

To ensure the security of your personal data, within seven (7) days from the date your information request is received by İme Elektrik, we may contact you to verify your identity as the data subject and may request some information and documents from you. The information and documents you provide will be immediately destroyed after your identity as the data subject has been confirmed.

 

If the requested information and documents are incomplete, they must be completed and submitted to us upon our request. The thirty (30) day period specified in Article 13/2 of the KVKK for the resolution of the request will be suspended until the information and documents are fully submitted to us.

PROCESSING OF THE REQUEST OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Depending on the nature of your request, it will be responded to as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days from the date it is received by us, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Our responses and evaluations will be sent to you in writing or electronically, depending on your selection in this application form, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK. This application form is prepared for your requests arising from the rights listed in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data. These requests are carried out within the framework of the procedures and principles specified in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, Article 13 of the same law, and the Regulation on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.

 

In case you apply to our company, your personal data declared in your application will be additionally processed in accordance with the data processing conditions envisaged in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for the purpose of finalizing this application and will be kept anonymous for a period of 3 years.
